How the ride fare is calculated
Base fare + (kilometers × price per kilometer) + (minutes × price per minute). The distance and travel time are derived from the actual route.

Minimum fare
Minimum fares
For pickups in Roermond or Linne, a minimum ride fare of € 20 applies. For pickups at other Dutch locations, a minimum ride fare of € 25 applies.
If the calculated fare is higher than the minimum fare, you pay the calculated price. The calculator always shows only the final amount.
No minimum fare applies to airport transfers with fixed prices.

Return trips, stopovers, and international travel
Outbound and return journeys are two separate trips. Both are calculated individually, and the total is clearly displayed.
A stopover is possible. Enter the stopover address in the calculator; the price will then be calculated for the entire route.
Pick-up in Germany or Belgium is possible. Enter the exact address, and we will calculate the price based on the actual route.

Yes. All prices shown are per vehicle, per one-way trip, and include VAT.
Is there a minimum fare?
Yes. For pick-ups in Roermond or Linne, the minimum fare is € 20. For pick-ups at other Dutch locations, this is € 25. If the calculated fare is higher, the calculated price applies.
Does the minimum fare also apply to airport transfers?
No. For airport transfers, the fixed airport prices apply; no minimum fare is applicable.
What does an airport transfer cost outside the fixed zone?
From Roermond, Herten and Herkenbosch the fixed from-price applies. Outside that zone the fare is calculated automatically based on your pick-up location. You will see the exact price in advance in the calculator.
What does a return trip cost?

How can I pay?
Payment can be made by debit card, cash, payment request, or credit card. Business clients can travel on invoice with a payment term of 4 business days.
Is the calculated price a confirmed ride right away?
No. Online booking is a request. Your ride is confirmed after Taxi Road has approved it.
