Taxi Road processes personal data to plan, execute, and administer your ride. Below you can read what data is collected and what your rights are.
Online booking is a request. Your ride is confirmed once Taxi Road has approved it.
What data we process
When you request a ride or submit a contact request, we process your name, phone number, email address, pick-up address, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and any remarks you provide.
To calculate the trip price, the pickup address and destination are used to query route, distance, and travel time from Google Maps services (Places and Routes).
For administration and invoicing, we store trip data and, for business trips, the client's invoicing details.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to respond to your request, carry out your ride, contact you about that ride, and comply with legal administration and retention obligations.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Data will not be stored longer than necessary for these purposes or as legally required.
Access, correction, and removal
You can ask us what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, as long as we are not legally obliged to retain it.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
