If your pick-up address is in Roermond, Herten, or Herkenbosch, the fixed base price for the respective airport applies directly.
If your pick-up address lies outside it — for example in Linne, Swalmen, Maasbracht, Echt or Susteren — the fare is calculated automatically based on your pick-up location. You will see the exact price in advance in the calculator.
The standard minimum fare prices do not apply to airport transfers. The calculator determines your price server-side using real-time route data; we always show you the total price per vehicle.

- You can request the outbound trip to the airport and request the return journey together.
- Both trips have their own date and time.
- Both trips are calculated separately; the total will be clearly shown.

Which locations are eligible for the fixed airport fare?
The fixed airport zone comprises Roermond, Herten, and Herkenbosch. For pick-up addresses within this zone, the fixed basic price per airport applies immediately.
How is my price calculated outside that zone?
Outside the fixed airport zone the fare is calculated automatically based on your pick-up location. You will see the exact price in advance in the calculator.
Does the minimum fare also apply to airport transfers?
No. The normal minimum ride fares do not apply to airport rides; only the airport fare applies there.
Can I request a round trip in one booking?
Yes. Outbound and return journeys have their own date and time and are calculated separately; you will see the total clearly displayed.
Can I provide my flight number?
Yes. With your flight details, Taxi Road can track your flight. We do not charge waiting time solely due to a reported flight delay.
How many people can I travel with?
The Mercedes-Benz E-Klasse transports a maximum of 4 passengers, the Mercedes-Benz Vito a maximum of 8. For more than 8 people, we arrange transport and pricing on request.
Is my airport ride immediately final?
