How many people can travel?
The Mercedes-Benz Vito transports a maximum of 8 passengers. For 1 to 4 passengers, we standardly use the Mercedes-Benz E-Klasse.
What if there are more than 8 of us?
For more than 8 people, we arrange transport and pricing upon request. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Is there room for luggage?
Yes, but with 8 passengers, luggage space is limited. Please specify how many suitcases you are bringing when you make your request, so we can take this into account.
Can a group travel to the airport together?
Yes. For airport transfers, the fixed airport rate applies for the Vito; you will always see the total amount per vehicle, per one-way trip, including VAT.
Can we pick someone up en route?
Yes, a stopover is possible. Enter the stopover address in the calculator; the price will then be calculated for the full route.
Can we also book a return journey?
Yes. Outbound and return journeys are calculated separately, and the total is clearly displayed.
How do we pay as a group?
Payment can be made by debit card, cash, payment request, or credit card. Business groups can travel on invoice with a payment term of 4 business days.
Is an online request confirmed immediately?
No. Online booking is a request. Your ride is confirmed after Taxi Road has approved it.
