General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all journeys and requests made through Taxi Road. Should you have any questions about any of the points, please feel free to contact us.
Online booking is a request. Your ride is confirmed once Taxi Road has approved it.
Request and Confirmation
An online request is a transport inquiry. The trip is only definite after Taxi Road has confirmed it. We respond to online requests within 1 hour.
When making your booking, please provide the correct pick-up address, destination, date, time, and number of passengers. Please communicate any changes as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
For immediate transport, we advise calling; it's the quickest way.
Prices and payment
The displayed price is per vehicle, per one-way trip, and includes VAT. Ride prices are calculated based on the actual route distance and travel time; for airport transfers, fixed base prices apply.
For rides from Roermond and Linne, a minimum fare of € 20 applies; from other Dutch pickup addresses, it's € 25.
Payment can be made by debit card, cash, payment request, or credit card. Business clients can travel on invoice with a payment term of 4 business days.
If you change the route or add a stopover during the trip, the price will be adjusted based on the actual journey.
Waiting time, luggage, and conduct
We schedule pick-up times with a margin. If you are not present at the agreed time, we will wait for a reasonable period and contact you.
Luggage can be brought by arrangement: please indicate how many suitcases you will be taking when you make your request. With a full occupancy of 8 passengers, luggage space is limited.
Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles. The driver may refuse transport in cases of unsafe behavior or danger to safety.
Cancel or change
Cancellations or changes can be made by phone or WhatsApp. Please do this as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.
In the event of a cancellation shortly before the agreed pickup time, or if the driver is already en route, incurred costs may be charged. We will discuss this with you in advance.
Liability and Data
Taxi Road strives to get you to your destination on time. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or roadworks.
When exiting, please check that you haven't left anything behind. We store lost and found items, which you can reclaim from us.
